Conditions

  • No refunds for cancellations, lateness or change of mind including change in circumstance.
  • Not to be used with any other offer.
  • Standard cancellation and refunds policy applies.
  • Treatments are not transferable to other clinics or people.
  • All pre-paid packages / treatments are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • To be paid upfront.

GIFT CARDS

Gifts cards are valid for one year from the date of issue. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of Melbourne Anti wrinkle injections.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY

  • Treatments purchased online are non-transferable in part or whole to other individuals or treatment areas.
  • When a pre-paid treatment package is purchased, further discounts and/ or promotional offers may apply, to ensure all discounts are reflected in the package price, payment for the package must be made in full at the time of purchase. By doing this the client consents that the fee paid for the pre-paid package is non- refundable, including in the event that a client personal circumstances may change, the client can no longer attend or chooses to terminate their treatment package.
  • When a client purchases a pre-paid treatment package which includes multiple areas, the packaged must be completed on the same day in the same appointment. In the event that the client is unable to treat all/ specific area/s listed in the package on the day, the client will lose the session.
  • 72 business hours’ notice(excludes Sundays & public holidays) needs to be given for any appointment cancellations or changes, for any online purchased treatment. If the appointment is cancelled or changed within the 72 business hours, or you do not attend an appointment for any reason, a fee of 40% of the total treatment cost will apply
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • Full Payments must be paid at the time of booking for any promotional offers.
  • Promotional pricing not applicable for existing bookings and will only apply to new bookings made and paid during the promotion period.
  • All pre-paid packages/ treatments are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
